Kathryn (Kat) Urbaniak is an experienced research professional and instructional designer with degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology, and Educational Technology.

She is also a SSHRC-funded Ph.D. candidate in Education focusing neurodiversity - which is the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways; there is no one "right" way of thinking, learning, and behaving. Neurodivergence includes Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
